As per the report, the project cost has increased by 45.8% under the amended PC-1 to PKR 5.57 billion from the previously proposed value of PKR 3.820 billion. In addition, the board authorised a revised PC-1 for the dualisation and improvement of the 80-kilometre-long Pindigheb-Kohat Road (N-80) for PKR 21.52 billion. The authority will spend PKR 717 million for the project, with the project contract already awarded to a private firm.
