He stated that the units are constructed utilising the public-private partnership (3P) model in order to improve the speed of work and timely delivery of the housing units. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/nlc-fwo-to-construct-nphp-houses.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Contract awarded for low-cost NPHP houses in Punjab<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In an interview with Radio Pakistan, Shaukat stated that the government is dedicated to providing low-income households with affordable housing developments. In this regard, the government has decided to launch the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/pm-khan-launches-peri-urban-housing-scheme-in-lahore.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"76022\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Punjab Peri-urban housing<\/a> project. The project will have 3.5 marla housing units with full amenities and conveniences. In this regard, the government has offered substantial subsidies and funding in the form of land to enterprises.
