As per the notification, no public or private development authority shall conduct business with any real estate agent for the transfer or registration of immovable property unless the said real estate agent is registered with FBR as DNFBP.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/fbr-realtors-to-meet-fatf-requirements.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">FBR sought realtors\u2019 cooperation to meet FATF requirements<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is worth noting that the FBR initiated the effort to register realtors to regularise real estate transactions. In this regard, realtors have been designated as DNFBPs, which will report any suspicious activity to FBR, which has already <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/fbr-launch-dnfbps-web-portal-realtors.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"72590\" target=\"_blank\">integrated the system with NADRA<\/a> for a thorough evaluation of the purchaser or seller.
