He went on to say that the changes will be presented in the upcoming board meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The CDA chairman mentioned that after the said changes, the relevant wing will not be obligated to cancel the entire layout plan rather take action against the unlawful part only. He further added that the agency is planning to entertain personal guarantees instead of bank guarantees. When CDA cancelled the layout plans, the buyers of the plots had to face the consequences like people were not able to get utility connections or loans from the back.
