The said sub-zone has been reported to cover 23,618 acres of land and as per the current bylaws, the area is reserved for nature conservation projects, agro-farming, sports, recreation, entertainment zones and such. During the meeting, it was also decided that the commission will suggest a plan to decrease the housing footprint in Zone 4 from 55 feet to 20-25%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moreover, the commission will give proposals for the implementation and enforcement of building by-laws to regulate illegal constructions and housing schemes in the suburbs of Islamabad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In another development, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) informed the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) that Margalla Road was part of the Islamabad Master Plan and six residential sectors were dependent on the road. As per the details, the CDA officials disclosed that Margalla Road will provide an alternative entrance route for the people.
