Under the proposed plan, LDA will prepare a master plan for Lahore, Nankana Sahib, Sheikhupura and Kasur districts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Read: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/lda-funds-mega-development-projects.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LDA requests funds to complete mega development projects<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to sources, the LDA has requested advice from the governing body in order to settle the border delineation problem. To address the concerns, the governing body compiled minutes, a copy of which was sent to the Chief Minister Office (CMO) for approval. Furthermore, the LDA has already handed over the records of the Kasur, Nankana, and Sheikhupura schemes to the respective District Councils, although there is still controversy surrounding the ordinance. The ordinance establishing the master plan is still being debated in the provincial parliament.
