The judgement was issued by a two-judge bench comprising Justice Irfan Saadat Khan and Justice Muhammad Faisal Kamal Alam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/shc-restoration-taiser-town-amenity-plot.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SHC orders to restore status of Taiser Town amenity plots<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The bench also directed the authorities to retrieve the amenity plots in Scheme-36, block 10, Gulistan-e-Jauhar as per the masterplan and original layouts and instructed<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/kda-kmc-anti-encroachment.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> KDA <\/a>to not allow misuse of the same. It also stated that the previous judegements have already declared that the entire land of Scheme-36 belongs to KDA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These statements were issued by the bench while it disposed of petitions filed in 2014 and 2016, where provincial authroties and individuals tried to file falsified claims on the said property.
