The previous <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/govt-prize-bond-encashment-deadline.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"80152\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">deadline was set to expire on December 31. <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following the federal government&#8217;s directions, the central bank extended the deadline for encashment of these bonds. As per the Ministry of Finance, despite many deadline extensions, people still hold prize bonds worth billions.
