The special provision was made during LDA governing body meeting to approve the PKR 25 billion project in accordance with Rule 13 of the LDA Land Use Rules-2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/cm-lda-led-infrastructure-projects.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CM Buzdar approved LDA-led infrastructure projects for Lahore<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reportedly, the decision was made on an application submitted in May by a Chinese corporate to grant land for the construction of an industrial unit in Mauza Pandoki, Model Town Tehsil, Lahore. The decision to grant the land for the industry was taken after deliberation over the use of land for non-hazardous industry and issuance of the No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Environment Protection Department (EPD).\u00a0Similarly, the planned project was scrutinized by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/pbit-investment-intl-business-conference.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"81660\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Punjab Board of Investment and Trade (PBIT)<\/a> in terms of investment.
