This in addition to the 160 apartments that will be constructed in Warsak 1 project.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/nphp-3-mn-housing-units-private-sector.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u2018NPHP received over 3 mn housing units from private sector\u2019<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The decision was taken during the 27th Authority Meeting of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Housing Department presided over by KP Minister for Housing Dr Amjad Ali. During the meeting, it was agreed that 53 plots of the Dheri Zardad Charsadda Housing Scheme will also be included in NPHP.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As per the details shared, 49% of the apartments in both the housing projects will be reserved for the provincial government employees while 51% will be allocated for the people with reserved quotas for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/nphp-special-package-journalists.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">journalists<\/a>, minorities, differently-abled, widows, and overseas Pakistanis.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speaking at the occasion, Dr Ali said that special facilities for differently-abled individuals will be included in all the housing projects.
