The project will be followed by the launch of Lahore\u2019s first Digital and Residential City.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/work-on-lahores-cbd-phase-1-to-complete-in-april.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Work on Lahore\u2019s CBD Phase-1 to complete in April<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reportedly, the proposed Lahore Downtown will have blue roads, an underground traffic system, facilities for pedestrians, smart trees, an uninterrupted power supply and the facility of the internet of things (IoT). He also said that the government has launched the LCBD with PKR 100 million investment, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/cbd-pkr-100bn-investment.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"82304\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">while it has generated PKR 40 billion through<\/a> the auction of land so far. He said the project will cross PKR 100 billion by March 2022, and PKR 200 billion by March 2023.
