Under the proposal, the award issued in 1985 by the Capital Development Authority (CDA) is to be withdrawn. The fresh award will help determine the suitable compensation for the affectees and incorporate modalities decided by the cabinet committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reportedly, the award of the land of the sectors G-12 and F-12 was announced by the Deputy Commissioner CDA in 1985, under section 25 of the CDA Ordinance 1960 for the development of the sectors. A petition was filed in the Lahore High Court, Rawalpindi for an increase in compensation of land.
