The project will be completed in two phases, with 6,000 flats built in the first phase and 4,000 apartments completed in the second.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/pc-1-approved-for-low-cost-apartments-in-alipur-farash.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CDA-DWP approves PC-1 for low-cost apartments in Alipur Farash<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> According to sources, the scheme will be launched in February of this year for overseas Pakistanis, who will be able to book their flat through <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/roshan-digital-account-reached-usd-2-67-bn.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"81262\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Roshan Digital Account (RDA)<\/a> in foreign currency, while SBP will pay this sum to CDA in rupees. The project is also anticipated to create USD 1.6 billion in foreign exchange reserves and is expected to take three years to complete.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reportedly, the project\u2019s approval will be requested from the cabinet after the approval of Project Concept-1 (PC-1) from the Central Development Working Party (CDWP).
