The project includes a tram service from Thokkar Niaz Baig to Jallo Mor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/gulberg-elevated-expressway.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u2018Gulberg\u2019s Elevated Expressway to be launched on priority\u2019<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to sources, Buzadr directed that the feasibility assessment and project design be completed as soon as possible so that construction could begin on the project. He stated that the project is critical for the development of Lahore and would help to alleviate traffic congestion on Canal Road. He said that because the tram would be \u2018Pakistan&#8217;s first electric-powered tram system\u2019, every effort must be made to build it on schedule. The meeting also addressed the construction of a <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/lda-122-kanals-health-department-hospital.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"82417\" target=\"_blank\">1,000-bed hospital near Arfa Karim Tower<\/a> and Kot Lakhpat.
