The second phase entails the construction of a road from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/companies-qualify-sagian-road-project.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"82950\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Phool Mandi to Sheikhupura Road<\/a>, which will take eight months and cost PKR 1.48 billion.
