However, the buildings developed outside the sectors didn\u2019t get approvals from CDA and the agency does not know their structural stability.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To overcome this issue, the civic agency ordered all commercial building owners to submit structural stability certificates issued by certified engineers.
