The CDA will only consider houses present at the time of award of land for BuP claims in Sector C-15, located in Dhoke Baba Ashraf on Margalla Road.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/properties-falling-within-leh-expressways-row-marked.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Properties falling within Leh Expressway\u2019s ROW marked; BUP acquisition cost estimates shared<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the reports, the deputy commissioner of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/cadastral-survey-planned-verify-bup-claims-stalled-cda-sectors.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"59723\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CDA would announce the BuP award soon<\/a>. The most recent survey of the sector, which counts the houses erected on the purchased property and serves as the basis for compensation, was done in 2016. The CDA allots plots to people whose land it acquires for the development of a sector under the rules.
