The project is part of the Frontier Works Organisation&#8217;s (FWO) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/sialkot-lahore-motorway-inaugurated-in-march.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"59593\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sialkot-Lahore motorway (M-11)<\/a> expansion project.\u00a0 During the final week of December last year, the district price assessment committee, led by deputy commissioner Dr Khurram Shahzad, assessed the land price. According to Gujarat Additional Deputy Commissioner Revenue (ADCR) Amir Shahzad Kang, the land price was determined using the DC land rate. However, an additional 15% has been added to the planned price to account for land transfer fees.
