The committee referred PKR 108.41 billion Kharian-Rawalpindi to<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/cdwp-karachi-water-ecnec-approval.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"82612\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> ECNEC for further consideration<\/a>.\u00a0 Reportedly, the said project comes under Jhelum, Gujrat, and Rawalpindi districts. The project will be implemented by the National Highway Authority (NHA).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to details, the project will encompass the construction of a 117.2-kilometre long, four lanes access-controlled motorway.
