However, to provide the authority with a complete range of jurisdiction and a legal foundation, the administration chose to pass the bill through the National Assembly (NA). The committee unanimously passed the bill, emphasising the necessity for a centralised body to manage the land of multiple federal ministries, which amounts to trillions of rupees. It was revealed that the ministries control essential property that is now under invasion owing to either a lack of resources or a lack of mission.
