It was mentioned that the agenda of the meeting included a discussion on PC-1 for conducting a survey and proposing a zoning plan for zones other than Zone I.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is pertinent to note that the city manager is the regulator of all houses and buildings in Islamabad. Unfortunately, the civic agency regulated construction in Zone I due to which unauthorised construction has increased in other zones.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reportedly, the authority started paying attention to other zones (Zone-IV and V) after 2017. But by then, massive construction was already taken place.
