Senator Sydney Kamlager read the resolution, which was approved by a vote of 36 to 4, with four members absent from the session.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the resolution, Punjab is Pakistan&#8217;s breadbasket, akin to California&#8217;s role in the United States of America.
