{"id":83988,"date":"2022-02-19T09:02:00","date_gmt":"2022-02-19T04:02:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/?p=83988"},"modified":"2022-02-18T17:11:57","modified_gmt":"2022-02-18T12:11:57","slug":"cpec-business-industrial-cooperation-tower","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/cpec-business-industrial-cooperation-tower.html","title":{"rendered":"Islamabad to have CPEC Business &amp; Industrial Cooperation Tower"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Islamabad: The Cabinet Committee on China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CCoCPEC) on Thursday (February 17) approved several projects including the establishment of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) Business &amp; Industrial Cooperation Tower and realignment of Karakoram Highway (KKH) from Thakot to Raikot, according to news reports.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/metal-melting-plant-gwadar-cpec.html\">China to set up USD 4.5 bn <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/metal-melting-plant-gwadar-cpec.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">melting plant at Gwadar under CPEC<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The said meeting of CCoCPEC was chaired by Minister of Planning Development &amp; Special Initiatives Asad Umar and attended by Federal Minister for Economic Affairs Omar Ayub Khan, Special Assistant to Prime Minister on CPEC Affairs Khalid Mansoor, Federal Minister for Interior Sheikh Rashid, Finance Minister Shaukat Tarin, and other relevant stakeholders.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the meeting, the development of CPEC Business &amp; Industrial Cooperation Tower in Islamabad on a Public-Private Partnership basis was approved. The meeting also discussed the implementation plan to vacate Pakistan Coast Guards and Pakistan Navy land at Shamba Shamail, Gwadar. Planning &amp; Development Minister Asad Umar ordered the relevant stakeholders to hand over 52 acres of land.
