The purpose of the said wing is to make the authority self-sufficient for the land acquisition process and manage different matters related to land.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, the meeting approved PC-1 worth PKR 2.96 billion of different uplift projects. The meeting approved PC-1 of modern traffic management solution project on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/cda-dwp-kasmir-flyover-murree-road.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kashmir Chowk<\/a>, Murree Road, worth PKR 1.385 billion. The meeting also approved PC-2 of PKR 70 million for Conducting Survey and Proposal Development\/Zoning Planning in the city. During the meeting, it was decided to maintain the Estate Management and land in Islamabad.
