Road, 10th Avenue<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As per the details, the EPA has invited all the stakeholders to attend the public hearing to give their comments. The public hearing will be held at the Jinnah Convention Centre. It was disclosed that 925 mature trees will be transplanted before the inauguration of the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reportedly, the 10th Avenue project was to be implemented by the Capital Development Authority (CDA); however, the authority awarded the contract to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/cda-contract-10th-avenue-to-nlc.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">National Logistics Cell <\/a>(NLC). The road project will connect IJ Principle Road to Khayaban-i-Iqbal to facilitate the residents of different sectors. The said project will also prevent traffic congestion in the sectors F-10, G-9, G-10, H-10, I-9, and I-10.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the details, drafting and Reviewing Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) reports for all the development projects are mandatory under the Pakistan Environmental Protection Act (PEPA) 1997.
