He stated that the delimitation panel would determine which territories are under the authority of Islamabad and which are under the control of the RDA. This would improve services for inhabitants of boarding areas while increasing revenue for the authorities. It was reported that several residents now receive No Objection Certificates (NOCs) from the CDA even though they live in the RDA region.
