Lahore: The Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) has launched an automated Complaint Management System that will enable taxpayers to register any complaints, give feedback, and suggestions to improve its services, according to a news published on Tuesday (February 22).\u00a0 Read: PRA issues notices to non-registered realtors, developers As per the details, the new complaint management platform is systematically designed to make sure all the complaints are categorised, tracked, and resolved promptly. According to PRA Chairperson Zainul Abidin Sahi, the authority has always preferred automation for improving its performance.
