Multan: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan administration on Wednesday (March 2) announced an incentive scheme for early construction of houses in Rumanza Golf Community, according to a post shared on the authority\u2019s official Facebook.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As per the details, the incentive scheme can be availed for the construction of houses on balloted plots in 2020 and plots sold in 2021 in the Rumanza Community. Once the construction is completed, the qualified members can avail the incentive in form of a decrease in sales price as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
