The minister informed the meeting that the contract for the Kashmir Avenue Apartments project was not awarded at par with the market rates and the submitted bids by the construction companies were too low, which could potentially lead to delay in project delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cheema disclosed that several projects have been delayed due to ill-planning. He mentioned that a meeting is called next week to discuss the project\u2019s retendering.
