Lahore: The Naya Pakistan Housing & Development Authority (NAPHDA) has opened registration for Phase-3 of the low-cost housing scheme in 12 tehsils of 11 districts in Punjab, news sources reported. Eligible candidates and applicants can submit their applications online from February 28 to March 09.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reportedly, the application may be submitted online at https:\/\/naphda.gov.pk or in person at the office of the Tehsil Assistant Commissioner. The applications are invited for the low-cost housing scheme in the following tehsils of the province:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The eligibility criteria for application submission is as follows<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf     Every Pakistani with a valid computerised national identity card (CNIC) is eligible to apply for the project<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf     There is no application submission fee<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf     All applications can be submitted online on NAPHDA website<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf     The last date for the submission of the online application is Mar 9, 2022<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf     Applications can also be submitted in the office of the Assistant Commissioner (AC) of the respective tehsil<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf     One person can apply for one housing unit<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf     Only those citizens with no land\/house of their own are eligible to apply<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conditions and regulations:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf     Successful candidates will be provided with a cost subsidy of PKR 300,000<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf     The applicant will be provided with a subsidised loan which will be repaid to the bank in 5 to 20 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf     Every successful applicant will be provided with an apartment\/house after detailed scrutiny<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf     The successful applicant will have to provide a 10% initial amount or down payment and will also have to sign up with the bank for the subsidised loan in addition to the PKR 300,000 subsidy provided by the government<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
