The National Day Parade will be held at the Parade Ground in Islamabad on March 23.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/cda-set-up-first-virtual-zoo-islamabad.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CDA to set up Pakistan\u2019s first virtual zoo in Islamabad<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reportedly, Islamabad Deputy Commissioner (DC) Hamza Shafqaat has directed the city administration to close certain public areas on March 16, 18, 20, and 23. To avoid any untoward situation and facilitate the guests on the Pakistan Day Parade, the following public areas will be closed:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Caf\u00e9 1969<\/li><li>ITP Office&nbsp;<\/li><li>Lok Virsa Museum&nbsp;<\/li><li>Pakistan Museum of Natural History&nbsp;<\/li><li>Pakistan Monument&nbsp;<\/li><li>Open Air Theatre&nbsp;<\/li><li>Any other major facility on Garden Avenue, in close vicinity of Parade Ground likely to affect traffic control\/security aspects on said dates<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As per the details, the preparations for the National Day Parade are in full swing as the military is also preparing its exercises for the event. It was informed that this year\u2019s parade will be attended by Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).
