It was disclosed that the total cost increased from PKR 3.7 billion due to an escalation in the cost of construction materials and land acquisition.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, it was informed that PKR 3.994 billion will be spent for construction, PKR 135 million will be utilised for shifting utility services such as electricity, telephone, and natural gas.
