The project will be developed, maintained and operationalised by the Karachi Circular Railways Management Company (KCRMC) under the Public-Private Partnership (3) financing model.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/ecnec-448-development-projects.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"83678\">ECNEC approves PKR 448 billion development projects<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reportedly, Finance Minister Shaukat Tareen stated that the project consists of a 43-kilometre dual-track route that would serve the purpose of mass public transportation. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/cdwp-approves-pkr-273-billion-kcr.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"83817\">The project will be completed in a three-year duration<\/a>.
