A petition was filed by Advocate Asif Ali Shah against the development of residential projects on agricultural lands in Charsadda.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Advocate Babar Khan Yousafzai, TMA with the approval of a committee of the district administration awarded No Objection Certificates (NOCs) to the private housing societies. The bench observed that every society must have proper systems for the provision of electricity, natural gas, sewerage, and clean water.
