The CBD has asked the LDA for technical help in approaching the district straight from Kalma Chowk.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/lda-plastic-road-ferozepur-rehabilitation.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"82938\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LDA to use plastic road tech for Ferozepur Road\u2019s rehabilitation<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As per the reports, the revised design and strategy of the LDA Engineering Wing would help save PKR 3 billion in construction expenses. The Kalma Chowk underpass would be extended in a V shape, with traffic diverted to the CBD from the extension. The second section of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/addressing-firdous-market-underpass-drainage-crucial-ubran-flooding.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"69430\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">underpass will lead to Firdous Market.<\/a> Traffic coming from Firdous Market will be diverted to Liberty from a one-way flyover. In this regard, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) CBD Imran Amin met with LDA Director General (DG) Ahmad Aziz Tarar for a consultative session. The CBD may also delegate to the LDA the task of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/after-kalma-chowk-flyover-ferozpur-road-is-to-get-parking-plazas.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"402\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">rebuilding Kalma Chowk<\/a>.
