Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on CDA Affairs Ali Nawaz Awan was present at the balloting ceremony along with Deputy Director General (Estate and Land) Afnan Alam, CDA\u2019s member planning Naveed Ilahi.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/cda-development-sector-e12-i12.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CDA to start development work in Sector E-12, I-12<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reportedly, more than 4,000 people have been waiting to get possession of land for development in Sector E-12. Last year, a commission was formed by the Islamabad High Court (IHC) to resolve the dispute pertaining to land and built-up property between villagers and the CDA. The commission ordered the CDA to compensate the villagers, who are waiting to get developed plots even after 33 years.
