The highest bid of PKR 10.3 million was received for a one-kanal plot in Sector E. The participants of the auction were requested to deposit a PKR 300,000 guarantee fee, which would be reimbursed to unsuccessful bidders.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The winning candidates are required to deposit 25% of the total bid value within the first week after the bidding process is completed.
