Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA<\/a>)\u2019s Building Control Directorate has disclosed that it has accumulated PKR 21 million in revenue in March, according to a news story published on Friday (April 8).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As per the details, the revenue was collected through the issuance of completion certificates, approvals of building plans, commercial charges, and other heads including fines related to non-conforming use of properties.\u00a0According to a spokesperson (whose name was not disclosed), Building Control Directorate, during March, has collected over PKR 600,000 revenue by issuing 15 completion certificates to residential buildings. It was also disclosed that more than PKR 12 million funds were generated by approving 2 commercial building plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reportedly, PKR 700,000 was earned after giving approvals for building plans of 22 residential plans and more than PKR 6 million was collected by issuing No Objection Certificate (NOCs) to 5 commercial buildings.
