Under the new regulations, the government will allow multi-storey highrises on newly commercialised roads.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/dc-approve-high-rise-buildings-15-major-lda-roads.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"73770\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DC to approve high-rise buildings on 15 major LDA roads<\/a>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reportedly, the construction of wholesale markets, warehouses, and unloading godowns on newly commercialized highways in the city has been prohibited by the authorities.
