To this effect, the authority is expected to float a tender soon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/cdas-water-wing-80-filtration-plants.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CDA\u2019s water wing launches 80 water filtration plants for Islamabad<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The amount of PKR 4 million will be spent on improving essential spare parts of tankers, including tyres, tubes and flippers. The deputy director general (DG) water management, Sardar Khan Zimri, said that the authority would publish a tender in leading newspapers to invite competent firms to participate in the bidding process. The CDA water wing has announced the installation of 80 filtration facilities to provide potable water to different sectors of the capital. Work is being done on 20 more that will be operational within two months.
