During the meeting, the minister was informed that the construction of the said project is progressing at a fast pace. The development updates included the construction of temporary service roads for smooth movement of construction equipment and grubbing and cleaning on the main alignment. It was also disclosed that there was an issue involving land ownership. CM Shah has ordered the chief secretary to resolve the issue with help from the concerned authorities to ensure continuous work flow. Reportedly, the chief minister has directed the city police chief to place a police picket at the project site of Malir Expressway for the security of labourers and machinery.
