The official also stated that the authority has completed the survey for the development work in the project&#8217;s last two subsectors. The start of the development work will benefit a total of 6,000 plot owners. As per the CDA: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2015, CDA awarded a contract of PKR 248.4 million for the construction of roads in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/cda-to-review-technical-bids-for-initiating-development-work-in-sector-i-12.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sector <\/a>that remained incomplete. Later in 2020, CDA approved PC-1 worth PKR 8.21 billion for the development of the sector, including complete infrastructure development, electrical and mechanical works and provision of amenities and other services. The project is expected to complete in 2023. It is worth noting that the CDA has been using the I-12 sector as a solid waste disposal facility.
