The last date to submit an application is May 30, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new regulations require developers to share specifications on safety measures installed in buildings taller than 50 feet. The developers must arrange for the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Emergency exits and staircases<br>\u2022 Exit signs<br>\u2022 Working hydrant systems<br>\u2022 Automatic sprinkler system<br>\u2022 Fire extinguishers of various kinds and fire classifications<br>\u2022 First Aid box and Automated External Defibrillator (AED)<br>\u2022 Heating, ventilation and air conditioning system<br>\u2022 Clear emergency paths and corridors<br>\u2022 Evacuation plans, emergency areas and drills<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/lda-new-building-regulations-guarantee-map-approval-15-days.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LDA new building regulations guarantee map approval in 15 days<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After complete satisfaction with the stipulated measures, the Rescue 1122 safety officer will issue the certificate for one year, renewable at the end of each cycle.
