However, the civic agency failed to complete the work in one year due to the resistance from the locals.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As per the details, 11% of work is completed in sub-sector 2 whereas 17% of work is finished in sub-sector 3. According to a CDA engineer, the authority has ordered to complete the development as soon as possible. Moreover, the tendering process of awarding work in sub-sector 4 is in the final stages. The engineer stated that development work will start soon. The CDA\u2019s Land and Estate Wing has so far <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/cda-handovers-120-plots-affectees-e-12.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">allotted 282 plots <\/a>through National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA).
