Umar Munshi Associates was the second, with a proposal of PKR 43 million. One of these firms will be given the consultancy task and it will also work as an assistant to the employer&#8217;s representative (AER). The CDA is the employer, and the firm will monitor construction, which will begin after the approval of Project Concept-I (PC-1) from the CDA&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/cda-dwp-kasmir-flyover-murree-road.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"84013\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Development Working Party (DWP) meeting<\/a>.
