The notification was published in leading newspapers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/lda-202-bn-development-budget-fy-23.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LDA asks for PKR 202 bn development budget for FY-23<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As per the notification, the authority has invited the plot allottees of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/lda-jinnah-sector-land-soon.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LDA City<\/a> to clear their development surcharges before June 30 to prevent the cancellation of the allotment of plots. As per the notification following directions were given to the allottees:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>As per the already announced schedule of payment of development charges, the date of payment of the 7th instalment out of 8 instalments has lapsed while the due date of payment of the 8th instalment is Thursday 30-06-2022.<\/li><li>For payment of development charges, including due 8 instalments, plot owners can download challans from LDA\u2019s website www.lda.gop.pk after entering their file number.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>Read: <\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/lda-dg-development-project-work.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LDA DG visits under-development project sites, directs expedited work<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Challans forms can be submitted in any online branch of Allied Bank across the country or through One Link online.<\/li><li>Any discrepancies in the challan form can be rectified by visiting the LDA City Directorate or allottees can also contact on the WhatsApp number for correction of their particulars.<\/li><li>All plot owners who will fail to deposit development charges by 30-06-2022 will lose the ownership of their plots as terms laid in the exemption letter.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has issued a final notice to plot allottees of the LDA City housing project&#8217;s first and second balloting to clear their unpaid development charges in order to prevent plot cancellation.
