It stated that no individual must construct any non-commercial or commercial building or conduct any development work within 200 feet of the streams and rivers.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, strict legal action will be taken against the violators of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/60day-ban-construction-river-swat.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ban<\/a> under Section 188 of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC). The ban will help prevent residential areas from flooding and protect the beauty of the Swat River.
