It was mentioned that after submitting the draft to CDA, the authority will make necessary changes and present it at the Development Working Party meeting for final approval.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reportedly, the delay in the project is leading to traffic congestion in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/cda-construction-bhara-kahu-bypass.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bhara Kahu<\/a> for people travelling to Azad Kashmir and Murree.
