He mentioned that the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to this effect was signed between the universities and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/sindh-govt-cap-to-build-history-museum-cultural-centre.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">culture department<\/a>.
