The authority changed the ratio of technical skill to financial capabilities from 70%-30% to 80%-20%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/nha-north-waziristan-cpecs-m-14.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"87141\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NHA invites bids for linking North Waziristan with CPEC\u2019s M-14<\/a>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reportedly, the decision to amend the pre-qualification criterion was made during the 400th meeting of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/nha-mansehra-muzaffarabad-pc-1-cdwp.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"85739\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">National Highway Authority&#8217;s<\/a> Executive Board, which was led by NHA Chairman Capt (Retd) Muhammad Khurram Agha.
